An attractive dwarf that will grow in swampy conditions like river banks.
It has papery white bark and narrow, pointed, dark green leaves that are fiery red when new.
It bears spikes of greenish white flowers that look like round brushes.
This cultivar is mainly grown, however as a low hedge or windbreak while the brilliant nature of the new foliage means they make an excellent ball shaped feature.
Very low maintenance and hardy they go well in native an exotic garden alike.
