Once you have browsed the site and found some items you wish to purchase, just follow the simple steps:
- To add products you wish to purchase into your shopping barrow, add the number of items you
wish to purchase and press the "Add To Barrow" button. The barrow at the bottom left of the
screen will appear full. The view barrow icon will also now be active;
- You can view and change your order at any time by clicking the view shopping barrow icon, or by clicking the Shopping Barrow text link at the bottom of the page;
- Once your order is complete, all you have to do is proceed to the check-out (just as in a traditional store);
- During the check out counter procedure in the Shopping Barrow, you will be asked to confirm that the
products and quantities chosen are correct, and also to confirm the postcode of delivery address..
- Click Recalculate to allow us to calculate the delivery charges;
- When the total value of the order has been calculated, the Check Out button will appear;
- Click the Check Out button to proceed to the delivery and payment confirmation. On the Check Out page,
you will be asked for your billing address, the full delivery address, and the payment method you wish
to use;
- When all billing, delivery and payment details are correct, the Accept My Order button will appear;
- Press the Accept My Order button to confirm and record your order, and to start us putting the items
together for delivery.
- A page showing all of the details of your order is then displayed so you may print it for your
records.
Note: Billing and deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes. If you do supply a post box address, we
shall hold your order and contact you for a correct billing and delivery address.
Your personal information will only be used for deliveries and to contact you should there be a delay
with your order. More details of the ordering process and our service policies and guarantees may be found
on our policies page.
While we allow you to place an order with a promise from you that you will contact us with a credit card
number or send us a cheque, the preferred method of payment is by credit card over the Net to help speed
delivery to you. Just fill in the details and your order payment will be authorised while you wait. Be

Consignments
As some of our products come from different suppliers, so it may become necessary to organise separate
shipments. This will depend upon which items you choose to purchase. Your purchases are separated into
shipments and a delivery charge is calculated based upon size, weight and distance (calculated from your
delivery address postcode).
Change your order
Should you decide to change your mind, you can delete an item, recalculate the delivery, or even cancel the
entire order should you choose.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are Goods and Services Tax inclusive.
