Brachyscome iberidifolia or Swan River Daisy is a lovely low growing annual bedding plant with soft feathery deeply divided foliage and small fragrant daisy like flower heads.
The delicately fragrant flowers are produced in mauves, pinks and purples and appear right the way through summer. They are quite profuse, sometime obscuring the foliage altogether, though individual heads only last for 3-4 weeks.
It is a compact and bushy plant that naturally grows in mounds goes well in rockeries and hanging over retaining walls.
It is also a very good plant for hanging baskets and other pots and planters where it will spill over the sides to good effect.
