Geranium himalyense cultivars are low herbaceous perennials with a spreading habit.
They are great a filler plants in garden beds, borders and rockeries
The long stalked leaves are palmately lobed and mid green colour, it is the leaves that give the plant a soft and rounded form.
During summer loose clusters of flowers are borne above the foliage. The flowers are cup-shaped, they tend to be blue and lavender but the shades vary between cultivars.
These plants do best in a sunny position growing in moist well drained soils.
