Zephyranthes grandiflora or the Pink Storm Lily is a very attractive deciduous bulb that grows as a clump of linear, strap-shaped basal leaves.
From within the clump, beautiful, single, star shaped, dusky-pink flowers emerge on slender stems.
Though flowering in spring/summer they may also produce flowers at other times - particularly after heavy rain - hence one of their common names 'Rain Lily'.
