A large shrub or small tree with upright bushy habit which produces masses of white to cream, scented, finely hairy, urceolate flowers.
These are found in clusters at the leaf axis along the entire stem.
It has dark green linear leaves found in whorls along the stem.
Grows well in areas that are drained but do not dry out, along water courses but not in the water.
Very attractive when in flower but can look a bit scruffy for the rest of the year.
