Acacia harpophylla or the Brigalow is a large tree more suited to parks and farmland.
The dense foliage, spreading crown and almost black bark make it a very attractive specimen.
It has blue grey sickle shaped phyllodes (false leaves) and globular yellow flowers during late winter and early spring.
