Banksia burdetii is an ornamental, rounded, bushy, medium sized shrub with typically long and sturdy, grey/green serrated foliage.
It cultivated mainly for producing terminal, acorn-shaped, orange blooms which are used extensively for the cut flower trade, producing approx 150 flowers/shrub.
It can be used as a low windbreak or screen.
