The leaves have a prominently toothed margin, the new growth has a velvety pink appearance the leaves turning grey green as they mature.
Produces large numbers of bright red short one sided racemes or toothbrush-like flowers during Winter and early summer.
This attractive shrub makes a good addition to your garden and combines well with other natives.
As with all Grevillea this will attract honey eating birds to the garden.
Species does struggles in the humid conditions and prefers climates with dry summers.
