This is a low growing bushy rhizomatous perennial with creamy yellow flowers that appear during late spring and summer.
This creamy-yellow, bowl shaped flowers are borne in Umbels on short stems and the palmately divided leaves are covered with fine white hairs.
They are often planted in shaded areas, en masse or combined with other shade loving plants like hostas, ferns and hellebores and they can also look great in rock gardens.
