Adenanthos x cunninghamia, the Prostrate Woolly Bush is a low growing native shrub with a spreading habit. The deeply divided foliage is soft, a silvery blue-green grey with orange to red tips.
In spring it also produces small contrasting red to orange flower. Although the flowers are hidden amongst the foliage, they attract lots of nectar feeding birds.
Adenanthos prefers a sunny position and with well drained, sandy soil. This plant will not do well in areas of high humidity.
