I am trying to find some electric/batterypowered hedge clippers to operate with one hand. I am a right arm amputee and a very keen gardener, trouble is I can't prune for very long with normal clippers as it strains my hand and arm. I think Black & Decker once had one, has anyone got any ideas ?
Hey Janine, we have a couple of options in the Garden Shop, one cheap, the other expensive. The cheap option are the one handed grass shears which would also be fine for soft hedge growth but not strong enough for harder twigs. The other option is a fabulous tool that is extremely well designed and built by Wolf in Germany with a Lithium Iron battery pack that lasts well for plenty of hedge trimming. Here's a link to the segment page of the Garden Shop where you can buy them:- https://www.gardensonline.com.au/Shopping/GardenShop/Category_39.aspx
