Acacia pubescens or the downy Wattle is a medium size shrub with an open spreading habit.
It has pretty feathery bipinnate leaves and produces showy racemes of slightly fragrant, bright yellow, globular flowers in late winter and early spring.
This species tends to grow naturally in woodland settings, planted in a border or as a screen it will encourage birds into your garden.
