Ligularia tussilaginea or the Leopard Plant is a hardy, clumping perennial with round or kidney shaped, blotchy dark green leaves and spires of yellow daisy type flowers that appear in summer through to autumn.
They like moist conditions and go well besides streams and ponds and are appreciated as much for their attractive foliage as the pretty open faced flowers.
They go well in shaded parts of borders or in pots on the patio.
