Anthriscus sylvestris or Cow Parsely is a clump forming, vigorous perennial with fern-like leaves.
It produces clusters of small white flowers that stand tall on widely branching stems.
This plant can be quite invasive as it self seeds as can be seen on any roadside verge in the UK where it is the most common sight in summer.
