Myoporum parvifolium is bushy, prostrate shrub with a carpet-like appearance and small, spoon-shaped, linear leaves.
Star shaped flowers of pale mauve, pink or white are borne singly or in clusters along the stems and have a waxy appearance and delicate honey scent.
A great Australian native ground-cover that can handle drought and salt and is also a great spillover. It's also fire retardant and is useful for bank stabilisation.
