Dampiera linearis is a spreading perennial with a suckering habit.
The leaves are mid green, leathery in texture and vary in shape.
In late spring and summer a profusion of deep blue, open-faced flowers are borne on upright stems.
Grows well in pots and tubs as well as draping itself well over rockeries.
Only marginally frost hardy.
