Sedum morganianum is usually found for sale as a hanging plant but if purchased in a pot it will go equally well providing it can cascade over the edge.
It is a very attractive succulent with grey/green, puffy foliage that is curved and pointed, each overlapping to make striking textured tails to hand down.
They produce small pinky red flowers in summer but are generally cultivated for their foliage, making a good contrasting difference in larger succulent pots.
In cooler climates this is a very good indoor plant providing it isn't left in direct sun on a windowsill - preferring bright, filtered light instead.
Do not keep it in subdued light - it needs plenty to thrive.
