Passiflora citrina is one of the lesser known Passiflora Vines. It grows best in sunny sheltered conditions either inside or out. It is a fast grower but responds well to pruning.
The yellow flowers are tubular, the petals opening into a star shape. They are much smaller than most Passiflora flowers. These pretty flowers are produced in abundance for most of the year.
The leaves are also interesting as they are bilobed in shape. The colour of both leaves and flowers become deeper with regular water, fertiliser and sufficient sun.
